To see a channel's tickets you must follow the steps below:
1. Log in to Humand Admin.
2. Go to the Tickets section.
3. Click on the three dots button (⁝) of the channel you want to see the information of, in this way you will be able to:
- Download full Excel report.
- Download filtered Excel report.
4. When downloading the report you will see the following information about the selected ticket channel:
- Ticket ID
- Date opened
- [Collaborator] User
- [Collaborator] First and last name
- Name of the channel
- Subject
- User's message
- Assignment date
- [Agent] User
- [Agent] First and last name
- Status
- Completion date
- Resolution time
