There are currently three possible ways to log in to Humand. Below, we explain all of them:
- Username and password
- Single Sign-On (SSO) via your corporate accounts
- SMS code
How to log in with username and password
To log in to your community in the Humand app with your username and password follow these steps:
- Open Humand app
- Enter your username
- Tap Continue
- If necessary, select your community.
- Enter the initial password, previously provided by your community's Administrators team, or your custom password.
- Finally, tap "Log in"
How to log in with Single Sign-On
In case you need to log in with single sign-on (SSO) from your corporate email, you can log in to your Humand account by following these steps:
- Open Humand app
- Select the corresponding SSO: Google, Microsoft, Okta or Apple
- Enter your corporate email account
- And that's it! You will be automatically logged in to your community.
How to log in with SMS code
In case your login is through receiving an SMS code (One Time Password), you can log in by following these steps:
- Open Humand app
- Enter your username
- Display your community logo and tap "Log in"
- "Is your phone number correct?" Tap "Yes", it is correct if your number ending is correct. In case the number is incorrect or you do not receive the code, click "Humand Support" to contact the Support team to log in.
- Tap "Receive code by SMS" to have a code sent to you by SMS to confirm that it is you.
Enter the 6-digit code received and press "Validate". Each code is valid for 60 seconds - And that's it! You will automatically be logged into your community.
