If you forgot your password, you can reset it by following these steps:
- Open Humand app.
- Enter your username and tap "Continue".
- Click “I forgot my password”.
- Click “OK”.
If your user does have an associated email address, an email will be sent to you so you can self-manage that password reset.
And if your user does not have an associated email address, an email will be sent to your community's Administrator, who will need to reset your user's password and provide you with new credentials.
If your community uses Single Sign-On (SSO) and you are having trouble logging in with your corporate email, you will need to contact your community's Administrator team.
