In Humand, only users with the appropriate permissions can create group chats. To grant these permissions you must follow the steps below:

1. Log in to Humand Admin.

2. Go to the Settings section, and then to the Permissions tab, where you can grant these permissions to the entire community, by checking the “Create group chats” option.

If you want only some users to be able to create group chats, make sure that the “Create group chats” checkbox shown above in “Settings → Permissions” is NOT checked.

On the other hand, to grant permissions specifically to certain users so that only they can create Group Chats, you must:

1. Go to the Users section.

2. Enter the user's settings and go to the Permissions tab, there you must activate the “Create group chats” checkbox.

3. Finally, click “Save” and you're done! You have now granted permissions to create group chats.
