To edit a ticket channel already created you must follow the steps below:
1. Log in to Humand Admin.
2. Go to the “Tickets” section and click on the three dots (⁝) that appear over the channel you wish to modify, then select “Edit”.
3. Then, you can edit all the channel settings such as name, assigned agents, notifications, automatic response message, channel FAQs and audience.
4. Finally, after completing the settings, you must click on “Save”.
