In order to create a new ticket within a channel you must follow these steps:

1. Log in to app.humand.co
2. Go to the “Chats and Tickets” and click on the “+” button.
3. Select "New support ticket".
4. And choose the channel in which you want to create the ticket in .
5. Write a subject for the ticket and leave the message you want the agent to see and answer to. Finally click on Send. -
