How do I know my redemption history and the status of each redemption?

At the moment, you can only know your redemption history and the status of each redemption made from the Humand App (the mobile app).

To know your redemption history and the delivery status of each one of them, you must:

1. Log in to the Humand App.

2. Go to the “Kudos” section.

3. Then click on “Redemptions”.

5. From here you will be able to know all your redemptions made, the date of the order and its delivery status. At the moment, you can only know your redemption history and the status of each redemption made from Humand App (the mobile app).
