At the moment, it is only possible to redeem from the Humand App (the mobile app). 

To redeem points earned through recognition, follow these steps:

1. Go to the Acknowledgement section.

2. Click on the the three dots button (⁝) and select “Exchange points”.

3. You will then see the Products available to redeem and the Redemption Period enabled (the window of time available you have to redeem).

4. After selecting the product, you can confirm the redemption by clicking on the “Redeem” button.

5. Finally, click on “Accept”.

You can also redeem from your Profile:

1. Go to the “Profile” section. There you can see a tab that indicates the amount of points available.

2. From the “Redeem” button you can exchange your points.

3. Then you will see the Products available for redemption and the Redemption Period enabled (the window of time available for redemption).

4. After selecting the product, you can then confirm the redemption by clicking on the “Redeem” button.

5. Finally, click on “Accept”.
