How do I visualize the general statistics of the ticket channels?

To know the general statistics of the ticket channels within your community, you must follow the steps indicated below:

1. Log in to Humand Admin.

2. Go to the Tickets section.

3. Select where it says “See more”.

 

4. Then, you will be able to obtain, channel by channel, the following information:

  • Channel: Channel name.
  • Unassigned: Number of unassigned tickets.
  • Assigned: Number of assigned tickets.
  • Finished: Number of finished tickets.
  • Time to assign: Ticket assignment delay per channel.
  • Time to finish: The delay in ticket completion by channel.
  • Satisfaction: The customer satisfaction index (CSAT), an indicator used to measure a customer's satisfaction with the answers provided in the ticket.

 

5. From this tab you can download a report of the channel you want. The report can be complete or filtered according to your needs by selecting the icon.
