I am not getting push notifications

If you suddenly stopped receiving push notifications, it is very likely that we have a temporary problem, and we apologize for the inconvenience.

In the meantime, please verify that you have enabled notifications for Humand in your device's settings:

  • iOS: Open your phone's Settings app > Notifications > Humand.

  • Android: Open the Settings app on your phone > Applications > Humand > Notifications.




  • Humand Web (app.humand.co or admin.humand.co): Open the Settings in your web browser to enable notifications. This process will differ depending on the device and browser.
