To complete a performance review you must follow these steps:

• 1. Go to Apps.
  2. Click on Performance Review.
  3. Click on Complete Evaluations for the cycle you want to complete.

  Here you can see two tabs:

  • Complete reviews: You can view the evaluations you are required to complete and your self-reviews. If you are not an evaluator you will only see the self-reviews section if they have been configured.

    In this tab you must complete the evaluations and submit them. Do this consciously as the answers cannot be edited when you submit them.

    You will not be able to see the results of your evaluations and self-evaluations until the cycle has been completed and the evaluators choose to share them.

  • Team progress: You can view the evaluations you have completed and the self-evaluations made by your evaluees.
    

  

  When the administrators finish the evaluation cycle you can choose whether or not to share the evaluations with the evaluated for feedback.

  If you do not share the evaluations, the evaluated will not see any results.
