You can complete a form either from Humand App or Humand Web. Below we explain the steps to follow, depending on the system:

• 1. Go to Apps.
  2. Click on Forms and tasks, where you will see two sections:

  • • Available: You can view all available forms and procedures.
    • Completed: In this section are available all the forms you have completed, along with their tracking status. In case a form requires approval, once it is approved, its updated status will be reflected there.
      
      To complete a Form, go to Available and:
      
      3. Click on the form you want to complete.
      4. Once inside the form, you can complete the fields with the required data. When finished, click on “Finish” to complete the process.
      5. Once you have completed the form, if no approval is required, a chat will open with the team responsible for the follow-up. From here, you will be able to view the form or download it.
      
      

      

      6. If approval is required you can:

      • View your answers
      • Cancel the form
      • Download the form
      • View application status
        
        

      

      Completed: 

      From here you can also log in to each request to view the responses to the forms and download them.
