To manage the forms pending approval or follow-up, go to the “Forms and tasks” section.

• In case you have form requests, you will receive notifications in the corresponding module and you will see “Requests” with the number of pending requests.
  
  

  
  
  

  By selecting Requests you will see:

  • Not assigned: These are the completed forms that require an agent to manage.
  • Open: These are the forms that you have assigned and still need to be managed.
  • Completed: These are the forms that you have already completed their management.
    
    

  
  
  

  When you select one of the requests, you have the possibility to assign approval or follow-up. In addition, you can view the form or download the corresponding response.
  
  

  

  In case of being an approving agent:

  • You will be able to decide whether to approve or reject the request.
  • You will have the option to send a message to the collaborator explaining the reason for your decision or a comment to the next approval agent if the flow has more than one instance.
    
    

  

   

  In case of being a agent responsible for follow-up:

  • You will have the possibility to start a chat with the collaborator who made the request.
  • And finish it at the moment you consider necessary.
