To manage the forms pending approval or follow-up, go to the “Forms and tasks” section.

In case you have form requests, you will receive notifications in the corresponding module and you will see “Requests” with the number of pending requests.
By selecting Requests you will see:
- Not assigned: These are the completed forms that require an agent to manage.
- Open: These are the forms that you have assigned and still need to be managed.
- Completed: These are the forms that you have already completed their management.
When you select one of the requests, you have the possibility to assign approval or follow-up. In addition, you can view the form or download the corresponding response.
In case of being an approving agent:
- You will be able to decide whether to approve or reject the request.
- You will have the option to send a message to the collaborator explaining the reason for your decision or a comment to the next approval agent if the flow has more than one instance.
In case of being a agent responsible for follow-up:
- You will have the possibility to start a chat with the collaborator who made the request.
- And finish it at the moment you consider necessary.
