Feed: responsible use recommendations

Your community's Feed is designed to keep you connected with your community and its collaborators through publications.

That's why, from Humand, we want to give you 10 recommendations for a responsible use of the Feed:

  1. Be respectful: Avoid discriminatory or inappropriate comments. Respect the opinions and views of others, even if you disagree with them.
  2. Maintain professionalism: Remember that the Feed is an extension of the work environment. Avoid posting personal content that may be inappropriate for the professional environment.
  3. Use emojis in moderation: Although emojis can add expression and emotion to your posts, use them in moderation and avoid negative or inappropriate emojis that may be interpreted incorrectly.
  4. Contribute constructively: Participate in conversations in a constructive manner, providing ideas, solutions and useful comments that contribute to the general objective of the Feed.
  5. Be clear and concise: When posting, make sure your message is clear and easy to understand. Avoid ambiguity or confusion to ensure effective communication.
  6. Respect confidentiality: Do not share confidential or sensitive information about the community, clients or co-workers on the Wall. Protect everyone's privacy and security.
  7. Avoid spam: Don't fill the Feed with repetitive or promotional content. Keep your posts relevant and focused on topics relevant to the community and colleagues.
  8. Be an active participant: Don't just be a spectator on the Feed. Actively participate in conversations, share your ideas and collaborate with your colleagues to enrich everyone's experience.
  9. Be open to criticism: If you receive constructive feedback or criticism on the Feed, accept it openly and consider how you can improve. Use these opportunities to grow and learn.
