How do I enable the Ticket Channels for my collaborators?

In order for your collaborators to be able to view and use the available ticket channels, you must follow these steps:

1. Log in to Humand Admin.

2. On the left menu, go to the Apps section.

3. Enable the Tickets knob, then click on "Save".

4. Done! You have turned on the module for your collaborators to start using it.
