The progress of the goals can be recorded by both the person in charge and their boss. Below we explain the steps, according to the system, to record the progress of a goal:

• 1. Go to the Apps section.
  2. Go to “Goals” and click on the goal you want to edit.
  3. Then you must:

  • Comment on updates to the goal
  • Determine what the new value achieved is. Depending on the progress measure chosen, the selected progress will be recorded.
    
    - Percentage: enter the increment (adds to the current progress value) or the total (replaces the current progress value) of %.
    - Binary: mark whether the goal is achieved or not achieved.
    - Numeric: enter the increment (adds to the current progress value) or the total (replaces the current progress value) in numbers.
    - Monetary: enter the increment (adds to the current progress value) or the total (replaces the current progress value) in $.
    
    
    
    

  4. After completing the configuration, click on “Update goal”.
  5. And that's it!
