Within the Acknowledgements module you can bulk recognize, within the same recognition, several people, teams or groups of people who have done something together and you want to give them a group recognition.

To make a group recognition you must follow the steps below:

• 1. Log in to Humand App.
  
  2. Go to Acknowledgements.
  
  3. Press the three dots button (⋮) and then Give a recognition.
  
  
  
  4. Select the users you want to recognize.

  Remember that:

  • Up to 30 people can be recognized within the same post.
  • The person who recognizes must have available the number of recognitions they wants to give.
    
    
    
    5. After selecting the users you want to recognize, click on Send recognition and that's it!

  2. Go to Acknowledgements.
  
  3. Click on the (+) button.
  
  
  
  4. Next you must select the people you want to recognize as a group. Remember that:

  • Up to 30 people can be recognized within the same post.
  • The person who recognizes must have available the number of recognitions they wants to give.
    
    
    
    5. After selecting the collaborators you want to recognize, click on “Send recognition” and that's it!
