Collaborators can select a type of service from the catalog to start a request and track its progress. To create a new request, you must follow the steps below:
- 1. Log in to Humand App.
2. Go to the Service Portal section.
3. From here, you will be able to view the list of initiated requests along with their corresponding numbers, status, and update date.4. To start a new request, click on "View Service Catalog."
5. Select the type of service you want to start. You can search for it by name or filter by one of the available categories.
6. Once inside, fill out the form, click on "Continue," and you're done! You've started the request.
7. Once the form is completed, you will be able to view the request details under "My Requests." In the Comments section, it is possible to communicate with the agent by sending messages, images, and files.
