How do I manage a request?

Agents must manage requests initiated by applicants, within the Service Management module. To manage a request, follow the steps below:
 

  • 1. Log in to the Humand App.

    2. Go to the Service Portal section and click on the “Agent Workspace” button.

     

    3. Here you can view the list of unassigned requests (for which you are a candidate) or already assigned requests. You can search for a request by name or number, or filter requests by various criteria. 

     

     

    5. To access the details of the request and manage it, you must select it from the list. Once inside, you will be able to:

    - View general information about the request
    - View the completed form
    - Leave a new comment and view old ones
    - View activity (e.g., status changes)
    - Change the status of the request
    - Requests can be reassigned

     

    6. To assign yourself the request, simply click on the “Assign me” button.


     

    7. Once the request has been assigned, you can manage it and change its status using the button that says Assigned/In progress.




     

    Once it reaches a terminal status, all possible actions will be limited.
