Within the Agent Panel, you can create, save, and manage custom views based on filters applied to the current table (initially requests). Agents can quickly access the resulting list from the “My Views” tab. To create a new view, follow the steps below:
1. Log in to Humand App.
2. Go to the Service Portal > Agent Panel section.
3. From the “My Views” tab, click on “+ New View.”
4. You must set the name of the view and the filters you want to apply.
5. Once you have set the filters, click on “Create view” and you're done!
6. You can see it in the “My Views” tab.
