How to Assign Different Weights to Employee Objectives

Within the "Goals" module, you can assign specific weights to an employee's goals. If these goals are included in a performance cycle, these weights will directly affect the calculation of the final score in their performance evaluation. To set the weights for an employee's goals, follow the steps below:

1. Log in to Humand App.

2. Go to the Goals > My Team section.

3. Enter the goals of the employee you want to manage.


 

4. Once inside, you will see all the goals assigned to the user. Here, you need to select the "Edit Weights" option.


 

5. Here, you can assign the desired weight to each goal. If the weights are not modified, by default, they will be distributed equally as they are created.


If the weights are edited and a new goal is later created, the new goal will be created with a weight of 0% to avoid affecting the configuration previously set by the user. You can access and redistribute the weights again.

6. Once the weights are set, click "Save" and you're done!


Once configured, the weights will directly influence the score calculation in Performance Evaluations that include goals, taking into account the weight assigned to each goal to determine the final result.
