How do I create a group?

Users with the "Create groups" permission can create and manage groups from Web or Mobile and assign the appropriate people. Here are the steps, depending on the system:

  • 1. Go to the Groups section on the home page.
    2. Click on the "Create group" button.

                                              

    3. Then, verify or edit the group settings:

    • Group name
    • Group icon
    • Group description (optional)
    • Who can post in the group
    • Post approval requirement
    • Privacy type: open, closed, or secret.

    4. After completing the settings, click on “Create group”.

                                              

    5. And that's it! You can now assign members to the group if you wish.

                

  • 1. Log in to Humand App.

    2. Go to the Groups section and click on "Manage".
     



    2. Then, click on the "+ Create group" button.



    3. Then, verify or edit the group settings:

    • Group name
    • Group icon
    • Group description (optional)
    • Who can post in the group
    • Post approval requirement
    • Privacy type: open, closed, or secret.


    4. Finally, you can assign members to the group. You can select all users or specific users by filtering with your community's segmentations or manually searching for collaborators. Click on the "Add members" button.
