Why are Humand's e-mails not being received?

In case you do not receive mails from Humand, it may be due to several reasons:

  • Our address notify@email.humandhq.co is blocked by security filters or restriction lists.
  • The mails are being redirected to the spam or junk mail folder.
  • There is a configuration in your mail server that prevents the delivery of our messages.
  • The destination mailbox is full or inactive.

We advise you to review these options with your IT team to make sure you are not blocking our mailbox notify@email.humandhq.co.
