Connection problems: Firewall blocking Humand

To ensure an optimal and uninterrupted experience when using the Humand platform, it is critical to ensure that your network does not block our essential domains and services. If you are behind a firewall or a corporate network with restrictions, certain configurations will need to be made to allow traffic to Humand.

If errors are being displayed on the platform or content is not loading correctly, for example:

  • Posts without images
  • Messages are not being sent
  • No livestreamings are displayed

It is possible that there is an active filter in your network firewall that is preventing Humand from functioning properly. To resolve this situation, your IT team should make sure to allow access to certain Humand domains within your firewall.

Allowing these URLs and IPs ensures the correct functioning of Humand, guaranteeing that multimedia content and other essential resources can be loaded without inconvenience.
