Once assigned as a help desk coordinator, users will be able to access a Coordinator Panel where they can view and manage pending requests from the agents under their supervision.
To access the Coordinator Panel, follow the steps below:
1. Log in to Humand App.
2. Go to the Service Portal > Agent Workspace section.
3. Once inside, go to the Coordinators section.
4. Here you can see an overview of the metrics for requests made to the services linked to your agents in charge.
You can use dynamic filters to display only the data you are interested in. You can filter by:
- Service items
- Creation date
- Agents
- Agent groups
If you are the coordinator of more than one help desk, you can choose between the different desks for which you want to view details and metrics.
5. You can view statistics by agent and obtain an overall analysis of the members of the groups associated with this help desk.

Coordinators can view and monitor requests that come into the groups they coordinate, as well as reassign them to other agents. They cannot comment on or change the status of requests.
You can also access the Coordinator Panel from Humand Mobile.
From the Apps > Agent Panel section, you can choose whether to enter the Agent Panel or the Coordinator Panel.

Once inside, you will be able to see the requests corresponding to the agent groups within the selected help desk.
