How do I track my team's Onboarding progress?

With Humand App, direct managers can track the progress of new team members in real-time. To view this, follow the steps below:

1. Log in to Humand App.

2. From "Apps", go to the "Onboarding" section.

3. Once inside, you can see your active Onboarding processes with their respective statuses. To view your team members' progress, select the "My Team" tab.

4. Once inside, you'll see a list of each team member and each process they are assigned to. You will see:

  • Number of tasks completed
  • Time elapsed since the start
