Cycle segmentation lets you define which team members participate in a goal cycle, limiting the audience to specific groups or individuals instead of applying the cycle to the entire community.
-
The audience setting is found in the Assignment step when creating or editing a goal cycle.
- Go to admin.humand.co → Goals → Cycles.
- Create a new cycle or edit an existing one.
- Proceed to the Assignment step.
If you don't set an audience, the cycle will apply to the entire community (default behavior).
-
In the Assignment step, you can choose the audience in two ways:
Method Description By collaborator Select the individuals who will participate in the cycle. By segmentation rules Set criteria (area, position, department, or other attributes) to automatically include anyone who meets them. Team members who are not part of the defined audience cannot receive goals within that cycle, either automatically or manually.
Defining the audience for each cycle lets you manage goals for specific teams, areas, or projects without affecting the rest of the organization.
