When a performance review cycle ends and your results are shared with you, you'll see a final score next to your name. This score sums up, on a single scale, all the evaluations made about your performance.
-
- Go to Apps → Performance and select the completed review cycle.
- Tap My results and confirm your identity to access your score.
- Tap an evaluator to see the details of their responses.

Your organization decides which evaluation directions are enabled in each cycle: downward (your leader evaluates you), self-evaluation, upward (you evaluate your leader), peer, and external. They can use just one or combine several. Each enabled direction has a weight, and your final score is the sum of each direction's score multiplied by its weight.
-
If your organization only enabled downward evaluation (the most common case), your final score is simply the score you received in that direction, with a weight of 100%.
Within that evaluation, each answer option for a scoring question represents a percentage: the first option equals 0%, the last equals 100%, and the options in between are evenly distributed. That percentage is then converted to the scale your organization has set (for example, from 0 to 10).
For example, in a question with 5 answer options, choosing the 4th option equals 75% — which on a 0 to 10 scale translates to a score of 7.5.
-
If your organization enabled more than one direction (for example, downward and self-evaluation), your final score combines the score from each direction according to the weight assigned to each (the total of all weights is always 100%).
For example, with Downward 50% and Self-evaluation 50%: if your leader gave you an 8 and your self-evaluation was 6, your final score is (8 × 50%) + (6 × 50%) = 7.
If a direction doesn't apply to you (for example, you don't have a leader assigned, or no one reports to you for upward evaluation), that direction is ignored and its weight is distributed among the directions that do apply. If a direction isn't completed before the cycle ends, the same thing happens: its weight is redistributed among the directions that were completed.
-
Within a single direction, the template can combine scoring questions, objectives, and competencies. The score for that direction is calculated by adding the result of each section according to the weight your organization assigned (by default, if there are questions and objectives, they're split 50% and 50%).
For example, with a weighting of 50% objectives and 50% questions: if your objectives score is 4.0 and your questions score is 3.6 (both on a scale of 1 to 5), the score for that direction is (4.0 × 50%) + (3.6 × 50%) = 3.8.
-
This example puts everything above together in one step-by-step case.
Cycle setup: two directions enabled — Downward (weight 60%) and Self-evaluation (weight 40%). Within the Downward direction, the template combines questions (section weight 70%) and objectives (section weight 30%). Within Self-evaluation, the template only has questions (section weight 100%). Configured scale: 0 to 10.
Step Calculation Result Questions score (Downward) Average of your leader's responses 8.0 Objectives score (Downward) Average of your objectives rated by your leader 6.0 Total score for Downward direction (8.0 × 70%) + (6.0 × 30%) 7.4 Total score for Self-evaluation direction Questions only, no objectives 9.0 Final score (7.4 × 60%) + (9.0 × 40%) 8.0 If your leader doesn't complete their evaluation before the cycle ends, that 60% is redistributed: your final score would then be 100% your self-evaluation (9.0), instead of that score being ignored.
All results are rounded to one decimal place. And you might not see your score even if the cycle has ended: your organization may have set the results to be hidden, in which case only your leader and administrators can see it.
