If you know someone who could be a good fit for an open position at your company, you can refer them directly from Humand App or Humand Web.

• 1. Go to the Jobs app from the apps menu.
  2. Select the job you want to refer someone for.
  3. Tap Refer a candidate and add the person's details.
  4. Add a comment about why you'd recommend them and confirm.
  
• 1. Go to Jobs in the side menu and select the job you want to refer someone for.
  2. Click Refer a candidate.
  3. Fill in First name, Last name, and Phone number (required), and optionally the email, resume, and a comment about why you think they're a good fit.
  4. Click Send referral.
  

The referred person is registered as a candidate in the process, identified with the source "Employee", along with your comment.

Referring candidates is a direct way to add trusted applicants to your company's open positions.
