How do I refer a candidate for a job?

If you know someone who might be a good fit for an open position at your company, you can refer them directly from the Humand app.

  •  

    1. Go to the Jobs Mini App from the app menu.
    2. Select the job you want to refer someone for.
    3. Tap Refer candidate and enter the person's information.
    4. Add a comment explaining why you're recommending them and confirm.

The person you refer will be registered as a candidate for the process, marked with the source "Employee," along with your comment.

Referring candidates is a direct way to add trusted applicants to your company's open positions.
