How can I view the progress of my team's performance evaluations?

If you’re a direct team leader, you can track the progress of your team members’ performance reviews without having to open each review one by one.

  •  

    1. Go to Apps → Performance and select the review cycle.
    2. Tap Complete reviews and then Team progress.

In My Team you’ll find three main indicators:

Indicator What it shows
Team rating The average score of all your team members who have been reviewed.
Reviewed team members The percentage of your team whose reviews are already completed.
Delivered reviews The percentage of those reviews you’ve already shared with each team member.

Below, in the Team Members list, you can filter by All, Pending review, or Pending delivery, and see each team member’s score and the difference compared to the team rating—so you can quickly spot who’s above or below average. From each row, you can go straight to complete their review or deliver their results, all without leaving this view.
