If the administrator enabled editing for a service, you can fix or update the answers of a request you already submitted, without having to create a new one.
-
- Go to Service portal → My requests and open the request's detail.
- In Sent form, tap the edit icon.
- Change the answer or answers you need to. Each field you change is marked live with an "Edited" pill.
- Tap Continue.
- Fill in the Reason for change (required, up to 500 characters) and confirm with Edit answer.
Once you confirm, you're back on the request's detail. The change is logged in Activity, with your name, the reason you entered, and the date and time.
To see every version of the form, open the more options (⋮) menu on the request's detail and select Form versions. There you'll find each version ordered from most recent to oldest, with the name of who edited it, the reason, and the date and time. The first entry is always the Original version, the one submitted when the request was created.

If you're the employee who created the request, you can edit it until the first approval step is resolved (approved or rejected) or until the request is finished, whichever comes first. If you're the assigned agent, you can edit it at any time until the request is finished.
Attachments already added can't be removed when editing, only new ones can be added. The signature can't be changed once submitted. Auto-fill can't be edited manually: it updates only with the information current at the time of the edit.
The version history is kept even if the request is closed or canceled, and is visible to both the requester and every assigned agent. Reports always show the most recent version of the form.
