When writing a post in the Feed or in a Group, you can ask AI to rewrite your draft in one click, choosing from five tone and length options. AI always returns an editable text: you review it, adjust it, and only then publish.
To improve your post with AI:
- Write your draft in the editor of a new post, in the Feed or in a Group.
- In the editor toolbar, click the ✨ Improve with AI button.
- In the Improve menu, choose one of the five options: More professional, More friendly, More corporate, Shorter or Longer.
- While AI is working, the editor is disabled for a few seconds. The result replaces the draft text, already formatted (headings, bold, lists where appropriate).
- Undo and Redo appear next to the AI button to go back to the original draft or to the generated result.
- You can keep editing the text by hand, ask for another improvement on the same draft, or click Post when you're happy with it.
You choose one option at a time: tone and length are not combined in a single request. Each new improvement always starts from the original draft you wrote, never from AI's previous result.
- The text AI returns preserves:
- The original language of the draft: AI never translates.
- Any mentions of people and links, with their formatting intact.
- Hashtags and emojis (unless you choose Corporate or More professional, which may drop purely decorative emojis for a cleaner register).
- The facts in the message: dates, times, names and figures. AI does not invent or remove information.
Situation What you see The draft is empty The AI button is disabled and the menu does not open. The text is already well written, or has no real content to improve An informational notice: "No suggestions. Try a different text." The draft stays as it was. The AI service fails or takes too long An error notice, and the draft you had before requesting the improvement is restored. Your text is never lost.
AI never publishes on its own. The result is always an editable draft: you can modify it, undo it or discard it. The post is only sent when you click Post, with the text you see on screen.
This feature is available when creating a new post in the Feed or in a Group; it is not available in drafts, when editing an already-created post, or in comments or surveys.
