To notify inactive users, you must follow these steps:

1. Login to Humand Admin

2. From the Users section, click on the megaphone icon.

3.  Then set the message you want to send to inactive users within the community, meaning those who have not logged in for the first time on the platform. 

For them set:

Subject of the mail.
Description or message that will be sent to the collaborators.

4. To send the mail click on Email preview, and then on the Send button.
