Configure the approval flow according to the requirements needed for the form.

When creating the approval flow you must:

• Choose a title.
• Add a description if you wish.
• Choose the responsible agents for this instance.
  
  
  • You can choose specific users.
  • Assign the direct manager.
  • Assign the second level manager.

You can set up an approval flow with various stages according to the needs of your community. Don't forget to click the knob to activate it.

If a form requires approval, the agents responsible for follow-up will be the approval agents.
