To activate the Chats module within the community you will have to follow the steps below:

1. Log in to Humand Admin.

2. Go to the Apps section.

3. Activate the “Chats” knob.

Remember to save the changes, at the bottom of the screen, after activating or deactivating the modules.

In addition, from the settings button ⚙️ we can enable or disable the possibility of:

• Attach files: define whether users will be able to attach external files within their conversations.
• Start new conversations: define whether users will be able to start new conversations on their own.
