How can we help?

How do I download reports from users in my community?

From the Users module you can filter the list of collaborators by status, hiring date, manager, and segmentations, and download a report that keeps that same selection. This way you get exactly the group of people you need, without having to filter the file afterwards.

    1. Go to admin.humand.co and open Users.
    2. Next to Filter by, click Status.

    1. Select one or more statuses: Active, Unclaimed, or Deactivated.
    2. Click Apply.

  • Click More filters to open the panel with the rest of the options:

    Filter What it shows
Manager Shows the direct reports of the people you choose.
Hiring date Shows the people who joined within a date range. You can fill in only the start date or only the end date.
Segmentations Shows the people who belong to the items you choose from each segmentation group in your community (for example, Site or Country).

    1. Expand the filter you want to use and select the items. In long lists you can use the search box or Select all.
    2. Click Apply.

This is how filters are combined:

    • If you choose several items from the same filter, the list shows the people who meet any of them. For example, Site CABA and Córdoba.
    • If you combine different filters, the list shows only the people who meet all of them. For example, Status Active and Site Córdoba.
  • Below the search box you will see the Total count of users who match the filters. Each filter shows a number with the count of applied selections. The search box keeps working and can be combined with the filters.

To see all users again, click Clean filters.

The Segmentations filter is only shown if your role has permission to view segmentations. In addition, each administrator only sees the users within their scope.

    1. With the filters applied, click the download button.
    2. If you want to add columns to the file, check Include segmentation or Include user fields and choose which ones. These columns are independent of the filters.
    3. Review the applied filters. If you need to change them, click Edit filters.
    4. Click Confirm download.

    • The report only includes the users who match the filters and whatever you typed in the search box. If you don't apply filters, it includes the whole community.
    • If the selection has 1,000 users or more, you will be asked for an email address and the report will be sent to you by email.

With the filters you can build specific lists in just a few steps, for example, the active collaborators at a site who joined this year, and download them ready to use.
