What information can I learn from Insights?

The “Insights” section has two general dashboards, which allow you to visualize different metrics and track your community. In this way, you can measure the use of the different sections of your community, i.e. know how your collaborators use the tool, and, consequently, identify opportunities for improvement and set goals for it.

On the one hand we have the “People” section, where you can find key metrics of user participation within the platform (total, active and super engaged users).

In addition, we will have the possibility to visualize a graph containing activation metrics by department. The available metrics are:

  • Total Users
  • Active Users
  • Activation Rate
  • Monthly Active Users
  • Weekly Active Users
  • Engaged Users



On the other hand, we have the “General” tab, where we can find information and general metrics about all the active modules within the platform.

 

When a module is deactivated the metrics of that module disappear. In addition, you need Admin permissions on the module to view its metrics. Example: to view the News metrics, you need Admin in News.

  • Posts created

Magazine:

  • Articles created

Tickets:

  • Tickets created

Chats:

  • Chats started between users

Acknowledgments:

  • Recognitions sent

Forms:

  • Total of forms completed

Surveys:

  • Total of surveys completed

Trainings:

  • Chapters completed

Onboarding:

  • Tasks completed

Widgets:

  • Widgets opened

Knowledge Libraries:

  • Libraries openes

Files:

  • Files opened

Profile:

  • Users who completed their profile
