In order to create a Knowledge Library you have to follow these steps:
1. Log in to Humand Admin.
2. On the left menu, go to the Knowledge Libraries section.
3. Click on "Create article".
A knowledge library is composed of articles and sub-articles that organize information to make it accessible to collaborators.
When creating an article you must configure:
- Icon: add an icon or an emoji, or upload a square photo by clicking on the '+' button.
- Title: set the knowledge library title.
- Audience: choose who can see each item in the library, it can be for all users or you can choose the segmentations created in your community.
After creating the article, you can load information into it:
- Cover (optional): the ideal measures are 1100px wide by 300px high.
- Content: upload all the information you want to provide to the collaborators who will see this library. You can attach links, videos, images and any type of file.
- Subarticles (optional): organize information into sub-articles to make it easy for collaborators to find.
