How do I create subarticles in a Knowledge Library?

  • Updated

Once you have created a Library, you can create different subarticles that will make up this library.

For example, within the “Policy” Library, we could have “Environmental”, “General”, etc. sections.

Note that within each of these subarticles, you can create infinite subarticles, if you wish.

In turn, each of these subarticles must define the following information:

  • Name
  • Icon
  • Audience
  • Cover photo (optional)
  • Text or internal content
  • Attachments (optional)
  • Subarticles (optional)

To create a subarticle, follow these steps:

1. Go to the Library previously created.

2. Select the option “Create subarticle”.

If the library is segmented, that subarticle will automatically inherit the segmentation of the Library that contains it.
