To create and configure the Onboarding of your community you must log in from the admin panel admin.humand.co and make sure in the Users section that you have the permissions to manage Onboarding.

Within the Onboarding module you must create tasks and categories. Tasks are the activities to be completed by each assigned collaborator, and they are organized within the categories you create for your community.

To create a category you must follow these steps:
1. Click on the “+ New Category” button.
2. Then enter the name of the category and select the icon of your choice.
3. To successfully create and configure the Onboarding of your community you must structure what tasks the collaborators will have to perform and when to perform them.
For example, the Onboarding of your community could be structured in three categories, “First day of work”, “First week of work” and “One month in the community”.
4. Then you must assign the tasks to be performed in each of the categories:
