How do I upload documents individually?

To upload documents individually, you must follow these steps:

1. Log in to Humand Admin.

1. Go to Personal Documents.

2. Click on the folder where you want to upload the document.

3. Once inside the folder, select “+ Upload documents”.

 

 

4. Then drag the files or select them from your PC. Then configure:

  • To which user the document has to be assigned.
  • Whether or not a notification is sent.
  • If the document requires a signature, if required, indicate if the signature is allowed in disagreement and then mark the area where the collaborator signs.

 

5. Remember to click on "Save" at the end of the configuration and you're done!
