The “Recognition” tool allows you to recognize employees and teams in your community for different reasons, or also allows them to recognize each other.

In other words, the tool allows you to:

• All employees can recognize each other (you can determine the number of recognitions each employee can give and receive).
• Some employees can give recognitions, and others can only receive them.

In general, these awards are usually associated with the values and/or attitudes to be recognized within the company, which are usually aligned with the company's culture.

In addition, the tool has a “Redemptions” functionality, which allows the points obtained to be exchanged for certain prizes or products.

Exchanges can only be made during the period of time set by the Administrator, who establishes a redemption period for your organization's collaborators to redeem points through awards.
