How do I create a custom profile field?

To create a custom profile field, follow these steps:

1. Log in to Humand Admin.

2. Go to the Settings section and click on "+ New profile field".

 

3. Next, you must complete the internal and privacy settings of the field. Let's look at each option in detail.

  • Name of the field.

  • You can choose between:

    • Date: you can choose a date in particular.
    • Text: you can write whatever you want or select a suggestion.
    • List of texts: you can load several texts or select several of the suggestions.
    • User: you can select another collaborator.
    • List of users: you can select more than one collaborator.
    • Number: you can add a numeric value.
    • List of numbers: more than one numeric value.
    • Option: you can choose one option.
    • List of options: more than one option can be selected.
  • You can define who can see the information:

    - Administrators only
    - Own user and administrators
    - Managers, own user and administrators
    - The whole community.

  • Examples that the collaborator could use to complete the field.

  • The field can be modified by the user.

4. Click on "Save", and done! You have created a custom profile field.
