✅ Inactive users are notified:
- If you choose to notify about the publication of an article.
- If you choose to notify about a new knowledge library.
- To Time Off approvers when a request arrives.
- Being an evaluator, when a new performance evaluation cycle starts.
- To agents about a new ticket in a channel.
❌ Inactive users are not notified:
- Publication of new Surveys.
- Publication of new Forms.
- Assignment of agents in Ticket Channels.
- Onboarding tasks.
- New trainings.
- New files.
- New personal documents.
