To configure whether a user can receive recognitions, follow these steps:

1. Go to the “Recognition > Permissions” section.

2. Then follow the steps below:

• Select the users you need to modify. To select the users, you can:

  • Select them manually.
    
    

    
    
    

  • Select all users in the community.
    
    

    
    
    

  • Use the filter tool by Segmentation, to select users in a massive but segmented way.
    
    

    

• Once you have selected the users, you must click on “Change permissions of X users”.
  
  

  

• Here you can configure whether users will be able to receive recognitions or not.
  
  

  

  If you require users NOT to be able to give recognitions, you must set the amount to give 0.
  
  

  

  
  In this way, users do not have points available for recognition, so they cannot give them, only receive them.

3. Save the changes, and you're done!
