We provide answers to the most frequently asked questions about the Files section:

  • Supported formats are:

    - Images (PNG, GIF, JPEG, WEBP).
    - Documents (PDF, DOC, DOCX, PPT, PPTX, PPSX, PPSM, XLS, XLSX, XLSM, CSV)
    - Videos (AVI, MPEG, WEBM, MP4, MOV)

  • There is no limitation to the number of files that can be uploaded.

  • The maximum weight per file is 143mb.

  • No, the files once uploaded are “independent” and are not synchronized with the segmentation changes in the main folder. That is, any segmentation change in the main folder does not impact on the files already uploaded. This operation allows having files of different segmentations in the same folder.
