We provide answers to the most frequently asked questions about the Personal Documents section:

• Today the highest bulk upload that can be done is 10,000 documents at the same time.

  While it is possible to do multiple uploads of 10,000 files, we recommend splitting the bulk distribution into batches of 500 to 1,000 files to ensure that the upload is successful and does not take too long.

• The module supports PDF and XML files.

• If you click on the status (partial or error), you can see the reason why the bulk distribution was not completed correctly and correct it.

• Users logged in with SSO are not prompted for a password.
