FAQs Recognition

We provide answers to the most frequently asked questions about the Recognition section:

  • From the administrator panel you can assign points that each user can recognition. At the same time, you can enable or disable permissions to give or receive recognitions.

  • If you need to perform a bulk upload of acklowledgements, let us know by email to help@humand.co and we will help you to do it.

  • The exchange tool allows you to exchange points earned, through awards, with certain prizes/products, which are worth a certain amount of points. Exchanges can only be made during the period of time set by the Administrator, who establishes a redemption period for your organization's collaborators to redeem their points.

  • The answer is NO. If on 01/01/2020 I was given a recognition of 10 points. Can I use those points on 01/01/2023 to redeem something? In principle, yes. Points do not expire. They accumulate historically.

    But it may happen that, by internal process of the community, because it was defined, that the points expire after 12 months and cannot be redeemed. And in order to “expire the points” once a year the points balances must be updated.
