To finish an evaluation cycle you have to:

1. Click on the Evaluation cycle that you want to conclude

2. Click on Finish cycle

If the evaluation stage is not 100% complete, pending evaluations can no longer be performed.

At the end, managers will be able to share the evaluations with their teams and receive feedback on their performance.
