If you wish to notify all evaluators about their pending evaluations you have to:

1. On the left menu, go to Performance > Evaluation Cycles
2. Enter the evaluation cycle of your choice.
3. Select Send reminders.
4. And finally click on Yes, notify.

Evaluators with pending evaluations will receive a notification indicating that they must complete them.
